It is natural to find safeguarding daunting as it can be a difficult area, but if we are equipped with the knowledge and skills we will feel more confident. Once you start to feel positive or confident about safeguarding, it becomes easier share your knowledge with others to upskill them. In turn this helps create that positive culture and environment.
